Fortified Data, a leading data services firm, is proud to announce the addition of Amy Herold to its team of expert data consultants. Herold joins Fortified Data from Prime Lending, where she was a Senior DBA on their core applications team.

Her most recent presentations include: Deadlock, Block & Two Smoking Barrels: Breaking Down Blocking and Deadlocks, Beginning Automation with Powershell and Making the Leap from Developer to DBA. Amy is also an active blogger at SQLKitten.com.
